What do I get with the subscription?

This app is constantly updated throughout the year. Sometimes even multiple times per day. You will always have current and up to date information. If there is anything that needs to be changed or added, simply email us and we will get it updated asap. Also, we are always adding new features that you the user requests. So if we can do it, we'll put it in the app.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes. Usually we try to accommodate you with needed information so please contact us before you decide to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, simply go to the App store or Google Play anytime and cancel the subscription. However you might forfeit your remaining subscription time.

How often will I be charged for the subscription?

You will be billed $3.99 every year.

How long do I have to refund the purchase?

In iTunes you should request a refund right away. They are a little more picky with refunds. Android gives you up to 48 hours.

Can I get a refund on the subscription?

You'll have to contact iTunes or Android immediately after to get the refund. However you can cancel anytime. We suggest that you cancel your subscription before your term expires. You may forfeit the rest of your subscription time.

What if I lose/replace my phone? Will I keep the subscription?

Yes, assuming you stay with the same platform. Simply reinstall the app on your new phone with the same account you used to purchase the app. If you switch from an iphone to a droid or vice versa, then you'll have to repurchase the app.

How do I add my department to the app?

Email us your department name. We will add the department to our list.  Please keep in mind we get a lot of submissions. If you don't hear back from us, that doesn't mean we didn't get it. There is data entry costs involved with adding a new department. So some departments may not make it in the app. If we get multiple requests for the same department, we make it a higher priority. If you already have your departments codes in a pdf or any other format, send it to us and we'll put it at the top of the list. We cover most of the data entry costs. However, to guaruntee your department is added, your financial help would be needed to assist us with the small data entry expense. Just email us and let us know. It would be appreciated.

How can I request a new feature?

Email us with what you'd like to see in the app. If we can do it, we'll put it in.

I found incorrect information in the app.

We collect all of the information off of public government websites. However sometimes errors are made. Please email us the error and we'll get it fixed asap.

Can I search by code In the Find Codes section?

Yes. You can search by code. You can search by partial code as well. Simply put the first few numbers of the code and search.

I can't find the code I'm looking for.

This app contains thousands  of codes but not all. The code your looking for is either not in the app or it is reworded in a different way that you're trying to search for it. Try different keywords when searching. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll get it added asap.

How do I report a bug?

Email us with the error and we'll get it fixed asap. We usually solve bugs within 24 hrs.

How do I contact you?

Email us anytime. We check our email frequently. You can also call us and leave us a message. We usually return calls within 2 to 4 hours assuming we're not sleeping. Yes we sleep too.
